  1. Boil potatoes,peel and cube.Roast peanuts and grind coarsely.Make a paste of pudina and chopped coriander with green chilli, lemon juice,sweet tamarind chutney,ginger paste,roasted peanuts and cumin powder,chaat masala,little sugar and salt to taste..
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil and sprinkle fennel seeds and 1 pinch asafoetida.When they crackle,add the fried potatoes and toss.Set aside.To assemble,mix 2 tbsp green chutney in the potatoes.If needed add more.Mix chopped onion,tomato and All in One namkeen.Sprinkle chaat masala and chopped coriander and serve as a healthy tea time snack with a cup of tea or as a starter at parties..
