Dhokla e Salsa step by step
Take a mixing bowl, add semolina, curd, lemon juice, salt, Asafoetida, and add all the ingredients mentioned for dhokla and add little water and mix it well… Make sure that the dhokla batter is not so thick..
Boil water in dhokla stand, then pour the dhokla batter in the dhokla container… Make sure the dhokla should be 1 inch thick… Pour the batter like wise..
Cook the dhokla for 15-18 minutes. Then transfer it to a plate and let it cool..
Cut the dhokla into round shapes (or any other shape of your choice) with the cookie cutter..
Now grease oil in a non-stick pan and bake the dhoklas for 2 minutes..
Then take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mentioned for Mexican Salsa and mix it well..
Add Mexican Salsa on the top of round shaped dhoklas and serve..
