First take a bowl add suji,curd and mix well.Now add salt,chutney and make a smooth consistency using water and allow it for 15 minutes so that suji will fluffy up..
Now grease the idli moulds and add fruit salt and mix gently and pour the batter in a idli moulds and allow it to steam for 15 minutes..
After 15 minutes cool down the idlis and demould it.Now take a pan add 2 tbsp butter and roast the idlis to make it crispy from both sides..
