1. In a bowl add biscuits, sugar & butter & press the mixture Evelyn into a 9" diameter loose bottom tin..
2. Put to chilli.
3. In a blender,liquidize the paneer with,the curds, baking soda & nutmug..
4. Whip in the condensed milk well blended..
5. Pour the filling over the set crust..
6. Bake in a hot oven at 170 degree c for 30 miniutes..
7. Remove & sprinkle the icing sugar on the top..
8. Serve it hot hot..
