  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of vegetable oil + 3 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

  5. Prepare 4 of Overripe Bananas (the skin should be bruised and blackened).

  9. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon of Baking Soda.

  1. Apply cake release on 2 baking pans/ 3 loaf tins. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees C.

  6. Add 1/2 of the buttermilk-banana mixture and mix.
  7. Add another 1/3 of the flour and mix.
  8. Add the remaining 1/2 of the buttermilk- banana mixture and mix again.
  9. Add the last 1/3 of the flour and mix.
  10. Pour the batter into the baking tin(s).
  11. Sprinkle with some nuts and raisins and bake for 30- 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
