- You need 500 ml of Heavy whipping cream.
- It’s 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Vanilla essence.

- Put the Mixing bowl in the fridge for half an hour so that the chilled cream becomes thick and fluffy after beating.
- Chill the whipping cream and condensed milk so as to form stiff peaks.
- Put the chilled whipping cream in your chilled mixing bowl and whip, beat or whisk untill it forms stiff peaks.
- After the cream has become thick and stiff, Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix really well using a whisk or plastic spatula.
- Put vanilla essence, and mix thouroughly.
- Transfer from the mixing bowl to a container or dish and cover it well.
- Put in the freezer for 6-8 hours or prefferably overnight.
