Ingredients of Vanilla Ice Cream
You need 5-6 tbsp of Milk powder.
You need 2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
It’s 1 tsp of CMC.
Prepare 3 tbsp of GMS.
It’s 13 tbsp of powdered Sugar.
It’s 3 tsp of Corn flour.
Vanilla Ice Cream instructions
Add milk powder, corn flour, CMC, GMS in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk to it. Mix well..
Now add milk and sugar in cooking pot. Bring it to boil. Now simmer this for 5 to 6 mins. Then add cornflour mixture and keep on mixing for 6-7 mins. This will start thickening..
Let it cool, let it freeze in refrigerator for atleast 6-7 hours..
After 6-7 hours, take the mixture out. If the mixture is too hard, let it rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes. After 5-7 mins, blend the mixture for atleast 5-6 mins (with the help of food processor or beater). Add vanilla essence. Again blend the mixture for 2-3 mins. Smooth creamy mixture is ready..
Now pour the mixture in shallow container. Cover it with aluminium foil (to avoid ice crystals)..
Let the ice cream set for atleast 5 to 6 hrs..
