  1. You need 1 cup of chopped pumpkin.
  2. You need 1 cup of chopped ash gourd.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of chopped ridge gourd.

  5. You need 1 cup of chopped carrots.
  6. You need 1 cup of chopped radish.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of chopped french beans.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of chopped elephant yam.

  11. You need 1 cup of chopped drumsticks.

Avial Aviyal instructions

  1. Rinse & drain water from the veggies..
  2. In a grinder, add cumin seeds,yogurt & green chilli & grind it..
  3. Half cook the veggies in a pressure cooker. Cook the veggies separately(which takes less/more time to cook)..
  4. Once the veggies are cooked, in a wok/kadhai add all the boiled veggies & salt to it..
  5. Then add the coconut paste to it. Mix gently. Add turmeric powder, and milk. Mix it well..
  6. Add a little water if required & stir the veggies well. Let the veggies cook..
  7. In another pan, heat coconut oil and add dry red chillies, asafoetida & curry leaves for tempering. Once the tempering is done, pour it over the curry and mix it well..
  8. Serve it hot with hot rice..
