  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of each of mixed veggies (Raw banana, Drumstick, beans, carrots, sweet potato, yam, eggplant, bottlegourd).
  2. You need 1/2 cup of fresh grated coconut.
  3. You need 2-3 of green chilies.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp. of cumin seeds.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  6. You need to taste of salt.
  7. You need pinch of turmeric powder.
  8. It’s 1 tbsp. of coconut oil.
  9. It’s 1 tsp. of mustard seeds.
  10. It’s 1 sprig of curry leaves.

  1. In a pan cook, covered all the veggies in 1 cup water and a pinch of turmeric powder for 8-10 minutes or till they turns soft, but not mushy..
  2. Grind the coconut, cumin seeds and green chilies to a coarse paste..
