Ingredients of Mango sheera

  1. It’s 1 cup of mango pulp.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of ghee.
  3. You need 1 cup of semolina.
  4. You need 1 cup of sugar.
  5. It’s 1 cup of milk.
  6. It’s 5-6 of almonds chopped.
  7. You need 5-6 of raisins.
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of mango peeled and chopped.
  9. It’s as needed of Colourful sewain, silver balls, stars and almonds chopped for garnishing. Mango pieces in star shaped…for garnish.

  3. Add mango pulp, milk, mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add almonds, raisins and half of chopped mangoes and mix well.
  5. Serve hot garnishing with remaining chopped mangoes and almonds and ur choice accordingly…..
