Sheera or suji halwa is a delicious Indian pudding made with semolina, ghee,nuts & cardamoms. suji aate ka sheera recipe. and wheat flour halwa or suji aur aate ka sheera is a tasty, melt in the mouth halwa recipe made with semolina ( or suji ) and wheat (aata). Ingredients of Suji ka Sheera

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of Semolina (suji).
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Ghee (little less).
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of hot milk.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of sugar (according to taste).
  5. It’s Pinch of cardamom powder.
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of kismis (dry grapes).
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of mix dry fruits finely chopped.

Sajjige, as it is called in parts of Tulunadu, is a highly heralded as a sweet dish. Semolina, when made sweet, is called sheera. I am a suji lover, and this recipe is really awesome.   1. Take a pan on low flame add ghee. As ghee melts add Semolina. Roast it..
  2. Add kismis along with Semolina while roasting. Roast it till Semolina get golden and kismis got puffed. It released so lovely aroma..
  3. Now add hot milk and stir continuously. Add cardamom powder and Keep stirring otherwise it will got lumps. Always it depends on suji what quantity of milk it will consume so do it accordingly..
  4. Once all milk get absorb and suji get cooked add sugar. Mix it well and get all sugar dissolves and absorb by the suji. Now off the flame add mix dry fruits..
  5. Mix it all well and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy the sheera.
