  1. Heat oil in kadai add chopped onion and cumin seeds saute it.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, stir this.

  4. Add turmeric powder and stir.
  5. Now add chicken mince, red chilli flakes and salt.
  6. Add chat masala, roasted cumin, garam masala and black pepper powder.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Now add chopped capsicum and carrot and cook till dry and left to cool.
  9. Now take samosa patti, stuffed this, wrap it from all sides nicely, do same with all patties.
  10. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the samosa, fry all samosa till light brown and crisp when done left out.
