Ingredients of Aam Panna

  1. Prepare 3 of Raw Mangoes.
  2. You need 20-25 of Mint leaves.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black salt.
  5. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of white salt.
  6. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Cumin Seeds Powder.

Aam Panna step by step

  1. Cut the top of the Mangoes and Peel them..
  2. Transfer them to a pressure cooker and add 2 cups water with 1/2 Tsp Salt..
  3. Cook for 3-4 whistles on high flame and switch off gas..
  4. Open the cooker immediately and sieve the water with mangoes and once cool down, extract the pulp and remove the kernels. keep aside to cool them down. You can use the water later in the drink if you want..
  5. Now in a different utensil, muddle mint and granulated sugar with little water until the sugar dissolves..
  6. Please note that this step is very important to break the flavours of mint in the drink. So muddling of granulated sugar with mint is must..
  7. Now when sugar has dissolved completely, blend this solution in the blender jar along with cumin seeds powder and black salt..
  8. Your Aam Panna concentrate is ready. Store in air tight glass jar and you can use it for a week..
  9. Now take a glass, add 2 tbsp concentrate in it (add more if you want)..
  10. Add ice cubes and fill remaining glass with water. Serve Chilled and enjoy!.
  11. Please note: you can add salt or sugar from too as per taste if desired..
