You need 1 bowl of soaked Black chickpeas.
You need 50 gm of Coriander leaves.
Prepare 1/2 of capsicum.
Prepare as needed of mozzarella cheese.
It’s 2 tsp of finely chopped jalapeños.
Prepare 2 tsp of Finely chopped garlic.
It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
You need 1 tsp of Ginger.
You need Pinch of cumin powder.
It’s to taste of Salt.
Black Chickpeas Falafel instructions
Take some chickpeas that have been soaked over night make sure to strain out all the water and grind them slightly. Make sure they don’t turn into a paste let it be coarse.
Now add salt, finely chopped garlic, cumin powder, baking powder, chopped coriander to the chickpea mixture and mix it well.
If you don’t eat garlic you can add panch foran masala/ achari masala in the falafel mixture with other ingredients.
Take some mixture bind it together and make a hole it it and fill it with cheese and press it well just make sure it doesn’t come out from sides.
Heat oil in pan on medium heat and fry the falafel that you have made.
