  4. Now add 4 cups of milk to the cooked carrots. Try to use full cream milk instead of light milk..
  5. Mix them well and let the milk come to boil. Keep stirring continously so that milk does not stick to bottom of the pan..
  6. 6.Cook the carrots and the milk on low flame. Keep stirring till the milk starts to evaporate..
  7. Once more than half the of milk starts evaporating, now add 1 cup of sugar and cardomom powder. Mix it well with milk and keep stirring..
  8. Once again, cook the carrots in low flame until all the milk evaporates..
  9. Now, the Carrot Halwa or Gajar ka halwa is ready..
