Punjabi Chole Bhature instructions
Soak chana/chickpeas overnight or at least 7-8 hours.Drain water.Add little salt,turmeric and baking soda to the chana and pressure cook upto 3 whistles. Heat oil in a pan and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and black peppercorns, ajwain and cumin seeds.When they crackle add the chopped onion,grated ginger and fry till lightly brown..
