It’s of chickpeas (boiled).
You need of oil.
Prepare of cumin seeds.
It’s of bay leaf.
You need of cloves.
It’s of black pepper corn.
You need of ginger garlic (crushed).
Prepare of tomato (puree).
Prepare of green chillies.
It’s of red chilli powder.
It’s of turmeric powder.

Quick Chole Masala step by step
First in a pan or pressure cooker heat oil, once oil heated add all whole spices and let them crackle.keep the flame low then add crushed ginger +garlic and stir for a min.now add coriander powder, turmeric powder red chilli powder and chana masala powder and stir..
Now quickly add tomato puree (add green chilli too while making puree) and stir well.add salt and stir. cook until oil comes out on the surface..
Now add boiled chole/chana /chickpeas and mix until well coated with gravy, cook for 3-4 minutes on low to medium heat while stir occasionally.Now add as required water to get desired consistency, mix well. close the lid and just give it a whistle. let the pressure release by itself..
