  8. Prepare 2 of medium boiled potatoes.

  11. It’s 1 tsp of roasted jeera powder.
  12. Prepare 150 gm of tamarind.
  13. It’s 1/2 cup of boondi.

  1. For Pani – Firstly wash mint leaves, coriander leaves and chop green chilli. In a mixer grinder add all ingredients make a fine paste and keep aside..
  2. Take tamarind and soak in lukewarm water for 1 hour. After 1 hour drain, it's pulp and keep aside..
  3. In a big vessel add tamarind pulp, water, sugar, mint and Coriander paste, salt,red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder,hing and mix well..
  4. Add boondi and ice cubes.Pani is ready..
  5. Mash boiled potatoes add salt, roasted jeera powder chopped onions, chat masala, red chilli powder and mix well. Take puries make a hole in the center of puries fill aloo masala and Pani and enjoy Pani Puri..
