Besan and Sooji Ke Laddoo
This toothsome sweet is simple and quick to make and does not take too much of your time. Hence, it is a perfect sweet for parties and gatherings. Besan k laddu is a sweet dessert recipe prepared with gram flour and sugar. You can cook Besan and Sooji Ke Laddoo using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Besan and Sooji Ke Laddoo

  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Sooji.
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Besan.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of powdered Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Ghee.
  5. It’s 2-3 of Cardamom(powdered).
  6. Prepare 100 gms of Edible gum.

The gram flour is first heated directly in a wok till fragrant. After that, it is cooked with clarified butter until the colour changes. You can add green cardamom to it to make it. Hey guys Today I am sharing besan sooji laddu recipe.

Besan and Sooji Ke Laddoo instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a wok and fry the edible gum in low flame till it swells up. Then remove the gum from ghee and powder it with belan..
  2. Then add sooji to the ghee and fry it in low flame for 5 minutes. Then add besan and fry till the colour changes to golden brown. You can feel the aroma..
  3. Turn off the flame and add powdered sugar and cardamom and the edible gum and mix it well..
  4. Start making ladoos when the mixture is warm. Decorate it with almonds over it and serve..

Some people also add sooji (rava/semolina) to the besan for the crunch. However I personally prefer this ladoo plain, minus the sooji.
