- Wash lotus stem very well.
- Peel and cut it,thin and finger sized.
- Take lotus stem in a vessel add rice flour,salt cumin seeds,and red chilli powder to it.
- Add pizza sauce mixed herbs black pepper to it mix well.
- Add little water to it mix well,see the lotus stem pieces should be coated well.
- Heat oil in a deep sauce pan put coated lotus stems in hot oil one by one.
- Fry on medium flame to crisp texture and golden brown colour and remove from oil.
- For salsa add all the ingredients mentioned in a chopper.
