  6. You need 1 pack of Marry biscuits.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of Powdered sugar.
  8. It’s 7-8 tsp of Butter.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.

Mango cheese cake step by step

  1. Melt 8 TSP of butter in a pan and pour it in powdered marry biscuits.Mix it well and spread it in a baking tray as first layer.set it in fridge for about half an hour.
  2. In a bowl add cream cheese, milkmaid, powdered sugar and beat it well until creamy…then whip the fresh cream in a separate bowl and add it along with the cheese mixture and beat it well again.then add TSP of vanilla extract and mix well..
  3. Add a TSP of gelatine in a separate bowl and pour little water to it…and mix well until it gets dissolved well and heat it in oven for a min…allow it to cool and then add it in the mixture and mix well..
  4. Add 4-5 tsp mango extract and some mango pieces to the mixture and mix well..
  5. Remove baking tray from fridge and pour this mixture on top of first layer…spread it evenly as second layer and again allow it to set in refrigerator for 4 hours….
  6. Take some mango pulp or extract in another separate bowl again add the gelatine to it in same way as prepared earlier in 3rd step and mix it well..
  7. Finally after four hours remove the baking tray from refrigerator again and pour the 6thstep mixture as 3rd layer on top and again allow it to set it in refrigerator for 2 more hours.
  8. Finally garnish with mango and serve it cool..
