  1. Wash and cut vegetables (carrots, capsicum)in matchsticks.Cut tomatoes and saute in the oil and add cheese in it..
  2. Keep this veggies separately for filling of Wraps..
  3. I normal Roti and White Bread for Wraps and you use readymade Tortillas. I make a dough of wheat flour and make round lemon size ball and like chapati 5 inches circle shape and on hot tawa both side cooked well. And in last add butter on both side for more crispness. In same way normal white Bread too heat on tawa from both side with butter..
  4. Boil the Imli in the water, and drain it's water in the pan,and boil it and add sugar and salt.And in the last when it little cool then add banana in Chutney..
  5. For yummy Hummus dip,firstly rinse and drain the Chickpeas. Soak overnight and then boil it..
  6. Take Peanuts and dry rost them and uncover it's skin.Then grind both of them chickpeas and peanuts make smooth paste in Grinder.Add some oil and salt according taste and lemon juice in this Hummus and small water if required.
  7. Now the final step..combine them..Firstly which u roasted bread / chapati with butter add Hummus dip on it then add veggies and make rolls and cut and serve with Chutney and hummus dip. My kids like on Bread so I made both and same process..on roasted bread add Hummus and veggies serve it with Chutney and dip..
  8. Finally serve it with Hummus dip and Imli banana Chutney. Can also add pomegranate or grapes in Chutney..

Are there any vegetables that you absolutely will not eat? I have a few that I could do without, and a few that I like prepared some ways but not others, but I can't think of very many that I just won't.
