  1. You need of bananas , over- ripened.
  2. It’s of Dates pulp.
  3. It’s of Vanilla extract.
  4. Prepare of Baking soda.
  5. It’s of Salt.
  6. Prepare of Whole wheat Flour.
  7. It’s of Yogurt.
  8. You need of Honey.
  9. Prepare of Lemon , juiced.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)..
  2. With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl..
  3. Mix everything but the flour..
  4. Add the flour last, mix. You should get a wet sticky mix..
  5. Pour mixture into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan..
  6. Bake for 45 mins. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve..
  7. Note: I skipped adding sugar and replaced that with dates and honey. If you don't like the flavour of dates or honey, you can use 1/3 cup of sugar..
