Ingredients of Vanilla Ice-cream Cake

  1. You need of Vanilla Cake.
  2. Prepare of self raising flour.
  3. Prepare of sugar.
  4. It’s of butter/margarine.
  5. It’s of eggs.
  6. It’s of Vanilla extract.
  7. You need of salt.
  8. It’s of Filling and frosting.
  9. Prepare of Homemade Vanilla ice cream.
  10. Prepare of Sprinkles.

Vanilla Ice-cream Cake instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and prep your ingredients.
  2. Mix all the cake ingredients till smooth and pour in a lined/greased pan. Bake it for 18-22 minutes or till skewer comes out clean.
  3. Let it cool and tort it into two layers. Fill the layers with ice cream (should be soft) and place the second layer.
  4. Generously crumb coat the cake with some more ice cream and chill it for about 1 HR or till it sets.
  5. Add a second layer of ice cream, smoothen the sides and top. Scoop some ice cream and place on top of the cake. Finish the look with some sprinkles.
