3. In a clean bowl, add whipping cream and icing sugar together, add the chilled milk and mix.
4. Mix until stiff peak.
5. Lastly add the vanilla extract and mix.
6. Transfer into a pan and top with candy, cover with cling film touching the cream. Freeze for 6hours or over night.
