- In a saucepan add full cream milk, sugar, milk powder and stir..
- Turn on your cooking gas to low heat and place the pan bring to a boil..
- In a separate bowl mix corn flour with 25ml of full cream milk and mix together gentlly add it to your boiling milk and stir until lightly tick..
- Turn off the cooking gas and let it cool completely..
- Using a hand mixer on low speed whip it for 1mins add vanilla extract and whip to incorporate. Pour mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 1hour..
- Bring mixture out of fridge and whip it again divide the mixture in half add food colour to One portion and decorating in an airtight container..
