1. Whip your whipping cream till soft peaks using a hand mixer..
2. Gently add the condensed milk as desired mixing at low speed..
3. Add the vanillà flavour and fold till combined..
4. Pour 2/3of the ice cream into an air tight container leaving 1/3 in the bowl,add the cocoa powder as desired and mix till combined.transfer to a container and freeze for about 6hrs or over night..
5. Using an icecream scoop,scoop 2scoops of the vanilla into a cup and 1 scoop of the chocolate.garnish with the maltesers..
