  2. Prepare 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. You need 1 cup of Mango pulp.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of mixed fruit jam.
  5. Prepare 2 spoon of Vanilla essence.

  1. Take curd and let it hang for overnight…in a bowl take dt hung curd beat with hand blender for 5min..
  2. Add powdered sugar spoon by spoon…don't add once all sugar…and beat with blender..do it till sugar finished in bowl..beat it for 1-2 min more..frothy texture ll form..
  3. Divide it into 3portion.. in one portion add mango pulp by spoon and mix well with hand…
  4. In second mixture add vanilla essence and mix it well to with spoon…
  5. In third portion add mixed fruit jam.. and aggain mix with spoon well…
  6. In a tin first make layer of jam mixture..let it freeze for 1 hr…
  7. Then add vanilla mixture layer again let it freeze for one one hr.
  8. Finally add mango layer. Freeze over night….
  9. Cut in desired shape… Njoy.
