- Take curd and let it hang for overnight…in a bowl take dt hung curd beat with hand blender for 5min..
- Add powdered sugar spoon by spoon…don't add once all sugar…and beat with blender..do it till sugar finished in bowl..beat it for 1-2 min more..frothy texture ll form..
- Divide it into 3portion.. in one portion add mango pulp by spoon and mix well with hand…
- In second mixture add vanilla essence and mix it well to with spoon…
- In third portion add mixed fruit jam.. and aggain mix with spoon well…
- In a tin first make layer of jam mixture..let it freeze for 1 hr…
- Then add vanilla mixture layer again let it freeze for one one hr.
- Finally add mango layer. Freeze over night….
