Ingredients of Vanilla icecream with gulabjamun

  1. You need for of For vanilla ice cream.
  2. It’s 5 cups of Milk(full cream).
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Fresh cream.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Custard powder.
  7. Prepare for of gulab jamun.
  8. It’s 2 cups of Whole dried milk / mawa.
  9. It’s 1 cup of Cottage cheese / paneer.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of All purpose flour / maida.
  11. You need 4 tbsp of Milk.
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of Clarified butter / ghee.
  13. It’s 1 cup of Sugar.
  14. It’s 1 and 1/2 cup of Water.
  15. It’s 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  16. Prepare 1 pinch of Baking powder.
  17. Prepare as required of Oil – for frying.

Vanilla icecream with gulabjamun instructions

  1. For gulabjamun Grate the mawa /whole dried milk and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well..
  2. We mash the cottage cheese / paneer and mawa /whole dried milk very well and make a soft and smooth dough..
  3. Add all purpose flour / maida,baking powder,milk and clarified butter/ghee and mix well..
  4. Divide the dough in equal size balls..
  5. Roll each balls between your palms..
  6. All the balls are made in the same way..
  7. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying..
  8. Fry the gulab jamun on low heat till golden brown..
  9. Drain in paper napkin..
  10. Again heat the pan..
  11. Add sugar and water till sugar disloves..
  12. Keep it medium flame for 8 – 10 mins..
  13. When it gets stick it means syrup is ready add cardamom powder..
  14. Place the gulab jamun in the sugar syrup..
  15. After one hour it's ready to serve.
  16. Boil the milk and simmer the gas till it gets thick..
  17. Cook well till the milk is reduced to 1/4 and thick..
  18. Mix the custard powder and sugar in two tbsp of cold milk..
  19. Add the custard mixture into the milk and mix well.
  20. When it cool mix the fresh cream and vanilla essence and churn in the blender..
  21. Pour the mixture in the vessel and add gulab jamun in it and place in the freezer..
  22. After five hours it would have completed formed..
  23. Yummy ice cream is ready..
