Ingredients of Aviyal

  1. You need 1 cup of mixed vegetables.
  2. You need 2 tsps of jeera.
  3. You need 1 pinch of turmeric powder.
  4. Prepare to taste of salt.
  5. You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  6. It’s 1 of curry leaves stick.
  7. Prepare 3 – 4 tsps of coconut grated.
  8. Prepare 3 nos of green chilli.

Aviyal step by step

  1. Mixed vegetables include drum stick, potato, brinjal, carrot, beans, yam,etc,…
  2. Cut into prefered  shapes and  boil it with water, jeera, salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Grind coconut, green chilli, jeera and curry leaves.
  4. Make it into a paste. add it to the boiled vegetables.
  5. Take a frying pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cuury leaves and mix it with the boiled vegetables.
  6. Mix it well and leave it to the boiling point.
  7. Serve it with full meals…….
