  1. It’s 1 cup of suji.
  2. It’s 1 cup of curd.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of water.
  4. It’s 1 of chopped onions.
  5. It’s 1 of chopped tomatoes.
  6. It’s 1 of chopped shimla mirch.
  7. It’s to taste of Salt accd.
  8. It’s to taste of Red chilli powder accd.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
  10. Prepare leaves of Coriander.
  11. It’s 1 tsp of eno.

  1. First soak.suji,curd and water for 15 mins if it is required add water.
  2. Now take a pan add oil add onion,tomatoes,shimla mitch,carrot saute it till it changes the colour.
  3. When the idli batter is done take a donut mould grease the mould add veggies first than add idli batter steam in cooker or steamer for 15 mins or till it is done..
  4. Serve it hot with Chutney.
