- First soak.suji,curd and water for 15 mins if it is required add water.
- Now take a pan add oil add onion,tomatoes,shimla mitch,carrot saute it till it changes the colour.
- When the idli batter is done take a donut mould grease the mould add veggies first than add idli batter steam in cooker or steamer for 15 mins or till it is done..
- Serve it hot with Chutney.
