  1. Prepare 3-4 of Leftover rotis.
  2. It’s 2 tsp of Almonds.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Cashews.
  4. Prepare 1 of Banana.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Pure ghee.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Nutella.
  7. You need 2 tsp of Condensed Milk.
  8. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Wheat flour.
  9. It’s of topping.
  10. You need 100 grms of Dark chocolate.
  11. It’s 2 tbsp of Butter.
  12. You need 2 tsp of Silverd nuts.

Roti Donuts step by step

  1. Take the left over roti,tear them roughly and grind them to a fine powder.
  2. Take the Almonds &the cashews and grind them too to a fine powder.
  3. Take 1 banana and mash it.
  4. In a plate add all the 3.
  5. Add nutella,ghee &condensed milk.
  6. Add the flour gradually and knead into a dough. The dough should not be very tight or loose.A firm dough is needed.Add more flour if needed and adjust the dough consistency..
  7. Now Take small portion of the dough and roll it between ur palms and give shape.Make a hole in the centre to make it look like a donut or call it our sweet medu vada.
  8. Heat the oil and drop the donuts 1 at a time.
  9. Fry till golden.Turn and fry the other side too.
  10. Remove them on absorbent paper and let them cool.
  11. Take the chocolate & the butter and melt it in a microwave.
  12. Take our fried donut and dip it in our sauce.Turn and coat the other side too.
  13. Remove the donuts on a butter paper and sprinkle the nuts.
  14. Enjoy homemade donuts.
