Donuts step by step

1. Take a bowl add maida…baking soda…curd..1 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp powdered sugar and knead a dough..
2. After kneading a dough add butter and knead it for 1 min and cover it with a damp cloth and keep it for 30 mins..
3. Now take a dough and roll it in circle and cut the shape of donut..
4. Fry the donut in medium hot oil at medium to low flame..
5. FOR GLAZE: Take a pan add cornflour…2 tbsp sugar…and 1 cup of milk and stir it properly until it get thickens….
6. Now add coco powder and it and mix it…glaze it ready…decorate the donuts as per your choice….
7. You can use chocolate glaze to decorate it..
