Donuts instructions

1. Take a big mixing bowl and sieve into it refined flour, powdered sugar, Milk powder and a pinch of salt..
2. Now add Eno fruit salt into it and mix..
3. Now add vinegar, butter, milk and mix..
4. Now knead a soft dough using water as required..
5. Cover it with cloth and keep aside for one hour minimum..
6. After an hour, you will notice that the dough has risen a bit. Knead a little bit again and then divide the dough into two parts..
7. Now roll it into a thick shape so that the donuts shape can be extracted..
8. Take two round moulds one big and one small and cut into the rolled shape of dough as shown..
9. Now fry these in a medium hot oil at low medium flame until light golden brown..
10. Now coat as per your choice of dressing. Here, I have coated in chocolate ganache and with coloured sprinklers or you can simply coat it with powdered sugar..
