Recipe: Tasty Mango cake

Mango cake. This moist, mango pound cake needs nothing more than a dusting of confectioner's sugar to set off it's classic looks. Put in a blender or use stab mixer and process for a minute or until a puree consistency is reached. A delicious way to use my favorite fruit.

  2. Now take a big size bowl add melted butter sugar powder essence milkmaid mango puree and whisk them till become smooth now add maida & semolina mix well now add baking soda and baking powder mix well add milk as required then batter is ready..
  3. Now take a baking pot place the butter paper on it now pour the batter into pot..
  4. Bake it around 40 to 45 mins untill baked well..
  5. Now,bake it in cooker..
  6. Check toothpick inserted clean out then, after cools down cake place on plate.
