Ingredients of Rava Mango Cake

  1. You need 3/4 Cup of Rava.
  2. Prepare 1/4 Cup of Maida.
  3. Prepare 1/2 TBS of Baking Powder.
  4. Prepare Pinch of eadable Soda.
  5. Prepare as needed of Mixed Dry fruits (Optional).
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of powdered Sugar (As per taste).
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Mango pulp(No adding water while making Mango pulp).
  8. Prepare of Milk as per requirement for making batter.
  9. Prepare as needed of Ghee for greasing.
  10. It’s as needed of Maida for spreading in a cake tin.
  11. It’s Pinch of Salt.
  12. You need as needed of Mango pieces for garnishing.
  13. You need 1 tsp of Butter.

Rava Mango Cake step by step

  1. Take all the ingredients in different bowls.
  2. Mix Rava,Maida and mango pulp in a bowl and rest for approx 20-25 Min.
  3. After resting add other ingredients i.e Baking powder,dry fruits, Soda.
  4. Preheat pan or Aluminum Kadhai with salt in it and place a stand on it..
  5. Take the cake tin and place butter on it and grease it. I have taken simple steel tin and greased it with ghee and sprinkled Maida..
  6. Pour cake batter in it garnish with dry fruits and let it bake for approx 30 min..
  7. Check it with a knife or tooth pick,if it comes out clean cake is ready or else let it bake more for 10 mins.
  8. Garnish with small Mango pieces..
