  7. Tap the cake tin to level up and remove any bubble. Place the cake tin in preheated cooker..
  8. Cover and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.after 45 minutes insert a toothpick and check the cake has baked completely. Cool the cake and then unmould it..
  9. Garnish with mango slices..

Decorate it and use it for a party, or slice it and serve it with tea – either way it tastes simply fabulous. A delicious way to use my favorite fruit.
