- You need 100 gms of Desi ghee.
- You need 1 cup of Besan.
- Prepare 200 gms of gur.
- It’s 1-1/2 cup of hot milk.
- Prepare 1-1/2 cup of water.
- You need 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of pista.
- Prepare 1 tsp of soaked and cut badam giri.

Besan ka gur wala sheera (HALWA) instructions
- Heat a pan,,put desi ghee in it. Now add Besan to it.
- Keep on stirring constantly on slow flame till the Besan gets light brown..it should be done properly till the Aroma comes from it..
- On the other side make a chashni of gur and water together.
- Sieve This chashni from a cotton cloth..
- Now in the BESAN,add milk slowly to it..
- Keep on stirring continuously.
- Now Add water to it..
- Keep on stirring at low flame..so that no lumps should be there.
- Now Add elaichi powder,,nuts to it.kesar strands as well..
- It's consistency should be thin,, that's why it is called sheera..
- Turn off the flame.
- SHEERA (HALWA) is ready.
- Garnish with assorted nuts.
