Ingredients of Mango sheera

  1. You need 1 cup of semolina (rava).
  2. It’s 1 cup of mango puree.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of milk full fat.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of ghee.
  5. You need 1 cup of sugar.
  6. It’s of Some cashews and pistachios.

Mango sheera instructions

  1. First in a round bottom pan milk to bowl.
  2. In a flat bottom pan heat some ghee.
  3. Then add semolina(rava) and roast for 5 to 7 minute light golden brown.
  4. Add mango puree stir it well.
  5. Add dry fruits mix well.
  6. Add boling milk to the rava in batches mix well.
  7. Add sugar and again mix well.
  8. Continue stir mango sheera cook for 5min..
  9. Now mango sheera is ready to serve.
  10. Garnish with some cashews and pistachios.
