  1. Deskin pineapple and cut into pieces.
  2. Take a pan add 3 tsp of ghee then add cashew nuts and raisins and fry till cashew nuts changes colour and raisins become fluffy and take it into plate..

  4. In the same add 2 tsp of ghee add pineapple pieces and fry it till become smooth..

  7. Now add fried semolina and elechi mix everything well by adding ghee..
  8. Close the lid and cook it on low flame..
  9. Once rava gets cooked well add remaining ghee and fried nuts and raisins mix everything well..
