Ingredients of Almond Sheera
You need 1 cup of almonds.
It’s 1 cup of milk.
You need 1 pinch of cardomom powder.
You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
It’s 2 tbsp of ghee.
You need 1 tbsp of almond slivers for garnish.
Almond Sheera instructions
Boil water and soak almonds in it for 10-15 mins..
Drain the almonds and remove skin..
In a mixer, add peeled almonds and ½ cup milk. Blend and make smooth paste..
In a deep non-stick pan, heat ghee and add the almond paste and cook for 4-5 mins. Add remaining milk and cook for 5 mins. Add sugar and cardomom powder and cook for 5-7 mins by continously stirring till it starts leaving pan and ghee seperates..
Serve luke warm or chilled. Garnish with almond slivers.
