  1. You need 3/4 cup of Jowar flour.
  2. Prepare 3/4 cup of Apple chopped finely or grated (unpeeled).
  3. You need 1/2 cup of Honey.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of Ghee or butter.
  6. It’s 2 tbsp of Raisins chopped.
  7. It’s 1 cup of Milk.
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of Almond slivers.

Jowar and Apple Sheera step by step

  1. In a non stick pan, heat butter or ghee. Add the jowar flour to it..
  2. Keep stirring and roast the flour until it is done..
  3. As soon as it gets nicely roasted, a nice aroma emanates in the kitchen. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes..
  4. Now add the other ingredients to it along with the milk and allow it to simmer..
  5. Keep stirring in between and after 8 to 10 minutes, it is ready..
  6. At this stage, check the sweetness and add more honey if needed according to your preference..
  7. Yummy and healthy sheera is all ready to be served..
  8. Serve it warm to your family and guests..
