I filmed this Aata Halwa Recipe almost last year for Guru poorav but unfortunately, the sd card got lost. Ingredients of Karah prasad (aate ka sheera)

  1. You need 150 gms of aata / 5 tsp aata.
  2. It’s 150 gms / 1 bowl of Sugar.
  3. It’s as needed of Oil (4/5 big spoon, 2/3 tsp Ghee ).

In Gurudwara aate ka halwa is distributed as prasad and known as Kada Prasad. It is delicious and equally nutritious. Atta halwa is the healthiest Indian dessert. * Note : We should not add dry fruits & Cardamom if we are preparing Karah prasad and follow same recipe process.   1. Firstly in a Sepri put oil whn heating put in medium flame and thn put aata slowly,go on stirring till it becomes pinkish brown.
  2. Thn slowly put water little, little thn stir fr few mins,thn put sugar stir fr few mins,thn put,ghee in it,put gas in a very sim fr 5 mins and sprinkle little sugar over,and cover the sepri fr 2mins,see oil comes out and kanah prasad s ready.

To make atte ka halwa, heat ghee in a non-stick kadai. Do not compromise on the quantity of ghee else the atta halwa will become sticky and not yield the perfect taste and texture. In Sikhism, Karah is a type of semolina halva made with equal portions of whole-wheat flour, clarified butter, and sugar. It is regarded as a treat for attendees of gurmat seminars.
