  3. Heat a heavy bottomed pan and melt 1/2 cup ghee and add roasted semolina and mix well..

  5. Now add caramelised banana and combine everything..
  6. Add water and milk, mix well and cover and cook for 7-8 minutes on low flame..
  7. Finally add sugar and cardamom powder and combine everything well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes..
  8. Banana semolina sheera is ready to be served…
