  6. You need 3 tbsp of sugar.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of dry fruits chopped.
  8. You need 2 cups of boiled water.

Mango sheera is just another name for sooji sheera with mango flavor. Mango Kesari or Mango Sheera, is one the easiest mango sweet that you can make. Mango Kesari / mango sheera instructions

  1. Chop the mango pieces and add to the mixer jar. Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron..
  2. Blend till smooth and keep aside..
  3. In a kadai or pan take 3 tbsp ghee and let it melt. Now add 1/2 cup rava or suji..
  4. Roast the suji in the ghee on a low medium flame stirring continuously..
  5. Once the rava is roasted well then it will become aromatic and its colour will also change. The ghee will starts separating. Now add mango purée and mix well..
  6. Now add boiling water slowly. Keep stirring the halwa so that lumps are not formed..
  7. After stirring cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for 4 mins. All the water will be absorbed and kesari will be done..
  8. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve mango Kesari..
