- Heat the oil in a kadai, crackle musterd seeds, add termeric with chopped potato and capsicum. Saute untill they are soft and cooked. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, coriander, sambar powder and cooked rice. Mix everything well. Vegetables bhat is ready..
- Ghee roasy dry fruits and keep it aside. Heat the ghee and roast sooji on sim for 10 minutes. Mix jaggery with 4 cups of water to boil. When it boils add roasted sooji and stir continusly so lumps are not farmed. Add ginger powder, cardamom powder and ghee roasted dry fruits. Jaggery sheera is ready..
