  1. Prepare 1 of apple.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of dates.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of almonds.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of cashews.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of kismish/ raisins.
  6. Prepare 1 glass of chilled milk.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Horlicks(optional).

Apple dates shake step by step

  1. Cut apple into cubes and add cashews into it..
  2. Add almonds into it. Add kismis too..
  3. Add 1/2 chilled milk to it. Add Horlicks and it's totally optional just for flavour..
  4. Grind everything and lastly add dates paste. Adjust sweetness and milk according to your taste. Put rest milk and grind again well..
  5. Top with chopped almonds and enjoy your healthy drink..
