  12. You need of Dry Fruits for mixing into Cake batter.
  13. You need 7 of Walnuts (Chopped).
  14. You need 3 of Dates (Chopped into small pieces).
  15. It’s As needed of Blue berries.
  16. Prepare 10 of Almonds (Chopped).
  17. You need 20 of Raisins.
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds.
  19. It’s of Garnishing (Optional) (I did not add them though).
  20. You need 2 of Walnuts (Chopped).
  21. You need 2 of Dates (Chopped into small pieces).

This recipe calls for real cream cheese for the icing, sweetened with dates or applesauce. They are full of nutritious ingredients and boast no added sugar. Healthy date bars are popular with adults and kids! I use them often in my baking and treat making.

Dates Cake (No added Sugar) step by step

  1. Soak dates in half cup of hot milk for 30 min..
  2. After 30 min, make a smooth paste of dates and keep it aside..
  3. Take a bowl add Butter and whisk. Keep adding one egg at a time and whisk using hand beater or whisker..
  4. Add Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Essence and whisk to combine..
  5. Add Dates paste, Honey, Now sift the wheat flour, add Oats and mix to combine..
  6. Add Walnuts, Dates, Chia seeds, dried Blue berries, Almonds, Raisins and mix well. Transfer the batter to a greased cake tray..
  7. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 min..
  8. Allow the cake to completely cool and then take out. Then it is ready to be served..
