  1. Prepare 1 cup of semiya (roasted).
  2. You need 2 cups of water.
  3. You need 3 tsp of coconut oil.
  4. You need 1/2 of green chilli.
  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of urad dal.
  6. You need 1 of onion – thinly sliced.
  7. It’s 1 sprig of curry leaves.
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp of hing/asafoetida powder.
  10. You need of Salt as per taste.

  6. After 10-12 mins, add 1 tsp coconut oil and mix it well. Cover and cook for another 3-5 mins for the flavor of coconut oil to get infused..
  7. Turn off the stove. Serve it with coconut chutney!.
